Adiel,

Thanks for this clear and useful update. I would agree that the now partial
coordination committee gets started while waiting for the other stakeholder
groups to join.

As of the Brazil meeting's committees, my understanding is that there are
more than one communication channel between stakeholder groups and the
meeting organization committee (of which the CGI.br). So I guess any one
from any stakeholder group could share, as appropriate, any relevant
information that becomes available regarding those committees. My sense is
that /1net custodians should not feel any particular responsibility in that
regard.
