Jeff & All,

Absolutely right and as a represantative of the largest ISP Association in the world (www.euroispa.org) and member of the ISPCP within ICANN I would like to stress the role of ISPs and Infrastructure Providers in the business sector as well.

Those companies are in a direct relationship to private clients, administration and almost the whole business sectors worldwide. Their business is constitutional for a free, stable and secure internet and I also do see the need for consideration.
