the problem is that the American people on these lists do not seem to 
understand that ICANN will ***never*** get a 100% user trust and 
support, so the ICANN proposition is to be attractive enough for the 
other solutions that other people will trust whish to cooperate with 
it. It would be reasonable enough in your forecasts to use the Dubai 
figures to estimate the support ICANN will get.

Also, after March 14, status-quo by ICANN/NTIA would not retain a 
100% support either. How many people do you think are interested and 
knowledgeable about "GOP/Dems". They are just interested in the 
reason why they contribute M$ 20 to ICANN, i.e. $ 3 per human being.
