There is a known issue about Adobe Connect not working with Firefox (due to
a Flash issue, apparently) on Ubuntu/Mint. As pointed out by Seun, Chrome
seems to work fine.

Having said that, there have been brief transient connectivity losses here
(at Sao Paulo) but the network seems to recover fast.
