There is a known issue about Adobe Connect not working with Firefox (due to a Flash issue, apparently) on Ubuntu/Mint. As pointed out by Seun, Chrome seems to work fine.

Having said that, there have been brief transient connectivity losses here (at Sao Paulo) but the network seems to recover fast.

Not for me... The "Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test" is all green, but
"Adobe Connect" still hangs at "Connecting..."; this behavior is
unchanged since before the event started.

Are you able to put me in touch with some tech support person?
