Good feedback and good to know that @Carlos (I presume you are local at the
meeting). What was perhaps expected (by me at least) since live drafting
was not encouraged, is that at least the updated version should have been
presented for today's discussion. Same with all the comments that were
received few weeks ago before the meeting (update version should have been
presented at day 1). By doing that, most part of the comments would have
been integrated and there would not have been need for many to bring-up
their already made comments at the physical meeting.

Overall i think it was a good exercise. If for noting, the technology for
remote participation worked! and i notice an improvement in the PR that
takes remote participation comments.
