Yes - thanks for a prompt circulation.

On a quick read, the Principles seem unobjectionable, with sufficient motherhood and apple pie for most to find something they can support in them.

On the Roadmap, this portion could be a worry:

"Enhanced cooperation as referred to in the Tunis Agenda to address international public policy issues pertaining to the Internet must be implemented on a priority and consensual basis. Taking into consideration the efforts of the CSTD working group on enhanced cooperation, it is important that all stakeholders commit to advancing this discussion in a multistakeholder fashion."    

There remains significant disagreement about what "enhanced cooperation" in that context actually means.
While it might have been better to move on from that concept, at least this recommends only "advancing the discussion", and that it be done in a "multistakeholder fashion".

Also good to see plenty of support for the IGF.
