[discuss] Update: ISOC NMI

Thank you very much Kathy for this very thorough update. I'm very happy to have read the inputs of cgi.br in the meantime, so far a rather silent member of the initiative. The cgi.br model is very important for local policy discussion and development as well.

I hope your meetings later this month will be positive and all sides will come out wiser and positive for next years IGF.
