I am glad we reach a consensus on "Mais bien sûr, un consensus trés 
large, avec peu d'implication des gouvernements, est la meilleure méthode"

So let us see what will be the result of the "HomeRoot" 
experimentation which should show if the DNS as we have it can support it.
