Hi Adiel,

As I mentioned yesterday, could the steering committee produce a simple how-to guide to the forum (joining threads, how to have messages delivered in email etc.)  I'd like to encourage people to use the forum, anything that might stimulate discussion of substantive issues would be very helpful to our exec committee planning the meeting and agenda. But not without some guide please.
