Any board that deals with controversial issues is going to find itself in controversy. This simple fact should not be allowed to obscure the fact that ICANN's articles of incorporation and bylaws are designed to eliminate membership, and most of the ICANN board is selected through a process which is literally designed to be nontransparent and to eliminate any direct accountability to anyone.
