Good grief. What a jumble of nonsense. Just look at this sub-head:

"Does the distribution of route servers need to change? Does the fact that the U.S. houses 10 of the 13 services matter?"

And this meaningless "sentence":

"A country like China, would name introduce to the world a Chinese Internet route."

It is appalling that such confused description gets published.
