Dear Ben,

I do not know what you want to show with these URLs. However, we have 
to remember that all what is discussed here is limited to passive 
information snooping. Democratic Govs and militaries are more 
interested in the somatic and economic impacts of cyber attacks.

People on this list are more interested in rethorics. One of the 
reason why this takes time.
