[discuss] CIGI and Chatham House launch Global Commission on Internet Governance - FYI

One thing is positive about all these efforts: people understand the topic is important and the Internet policy community is growing larger, and gaining influential participants. This is all to the good, IMHO. We need new voices, new thinking, new ideas for a new political paradigm.
