[discuss] CIGI and Chatham House launch Global Commission on Internet Governance - FYI

Good morning; an on a serious noteŠ.

Agree with Nick; think the focus on IG issues; however confusing is very
positive. The Commission will operate post Brazil and during WSIS and ITU
discussions later in year; allowing a conduit for informed dialogue.
