[discuss] Greetings from a new convener !

Dear all, Paul.

Maybe we need to come back to the mission of 1Net itself and know what it
is we can do here and what we cannot do.  Guidance from the CoCom will be
most helpful.

I am one of those writing a Chapter in the "Bill Drake Book" (That is the
name I gave to the folder on my workstation :) here)
Over and above "Moving beyond NetMundial" and "Strengthening the role of
the IGF" is the question of HOW.

What will a strong IGF look like? What will it do? How will it do it?
Will its original mandate be changed? Enlarged? Extended in scope?
