Dear Mr. Carter,

we observe that you use the same IP address and Domain Name as Mr. 
Jay Daley, that you raise similar topics in order to maintain this 
list alive, that you were "both" at the London50 ICANN meeting. Mr. 
Daley (or is that you?) has documented that this was a case of 
neighbor-sock-puppetting (when IP are different but in the same region).

The question we have is simple: do you use the same or another 
ethermail system as Telepresse?

The reason why we ask is that we think that MSism can only up-scale 
and down-scale (i.e. to be fractal) if there are available tools for 
it. We are currently starting a review of the ethermail (etherpad 
mail box) available to MS work, and possibly working on development 
specifications in that area.
