[discuss] NETMundial remote hubs - request for hosts

Thank you Adam,

Can we have the program and time zone information to help use schedule the
remote participation? For example, Nairobi and São Paulo are 6 hours apart,
therefore arranging the remote participation would be easier if we have the
schedule.
