[discuss] Opportunity for input on the development process for IANA oversight transition plan

I am also here at ICANN Singapore. 

I'll expand a bit on George's excellent comment: we are talking about a number of things, some of which are driven by the NTIA announcement; but we are also talking about two other threads of work related to IG - one is about further globalization of ICANN and accountability mechanisms, and another about continued evolution of the broader IG ecosystem and ICANN's role in that.

I can share that at the 3.5 hours so far - two sessions on Monday of relevance: there was a good deal of focus on the need for broad consultation and input, including discussion that ICANN was asked to launch a consultation but it certainly looks to me like this is well understood, which I think is what George said below.

BUT, we are also talking about our 'day to day' work at ICANN, so, if I miss a few critical posts and am delayed, please forgive me.
