[discuss] Russia-China Cyber Security Treaty Text [Request for more Info]

Dear All,

It has been said that the Treaty is expected to be signed on November 10,
2014. Grateful if anyone from the Russia IGF community or China could
advise whether a Draft is out for viewing.
