Hi Patrik,

Thank you for the quick reply.

Can I ask the following things?

- Is responding with an EoI now a prerequisite for being able to bid to be
the secretariat once the RFP is released?
- Is the reason the RFP hasn't been released simply that it isn't quite
finished?
- Why did the communication not answer at least the first question?
