Jordan:
The current administration wants a real transition. And, as one (Democrat) representative said in the hearings yesterday, this is a real “vote of confidence” in the MS model. However, there are partisan political forces that want to embarrass the Obama administration around this. I think at this stage of the game everyone on this list, and practically everyone in this community, ought to be able to pull together to support this move. Let’s set aside minor differences about the details of the transition and make sure that the transition happens.
