Each of this items have different regulations in different countries,
1 and 2 are under regulation of international conventions, there are
WIPO, Budapest convention, enforcement agency in some cases is the
Interpol. 3 TLDs - better to have more detailed description, but
ICANN/IANA are key players in this field.
And the most interesting item is "etc.", and in order to have real
analysis necessary to have clear understanding - what it is.
