Maybe significant discussions are going to happen there, maybe not.

What I'm able to provide, besides a discussion list with a relatively
narrow topical focus (and a process to implement that, in a reasonably
transparent manner), is some energy, in the sense that I'm going to be
working on some problem statement and solution proposal documents, and
propose them for discussion. Others are welcome to do the same.

If some of the resulting documents are good, and have an impact, this
will make a difference.
