Yes. This means that the INTERNIC ICANN Root Server System carries 
its job. So does ORSN which has a beautiful presentation of their 
root file. Good ideas are to be picked everywhere. The common target 
is to better the VGNICS (i.e. the Virtual Global Network Information 
Center System).
