[discuss] Internet governance recommended reading

Consensus and agreement does not work by osmosis and some issues will require more discussion and give and take than others. 

Sooner or later we will start to have some common ground that will facilitate to reach some level of consensus, but we need to let pass the statements phase (ala public forum) where each one is able to express her/his opinion and position, ask questions, and after that then switch to listening mode.
