[discuss] limitation of mails per day?

supporting also the suggestion from bill manning, that you included in your
point 3.: It would be very useful if you could, as coordinators, make a
brief recap list of the main themes that have been addressed (just the
themes, not necessarily a summary of the comments) to prepare for more
focused threads.
Highlighting the ones that have triggered the most reactions would also be
useful.
