Thanks John,

I've been reading the archives of that list and previously reported about
its openness (kudos for that).

But the original question I believe was how 1net was formed and got in the
middle of the coordination of the Brazil meeting, which predates the
Steering/Coordination Committee formation.

Anyway, I was not asking any questions just providing additional info based
on what has been said before.
