I have and read Rod's book, no need to explain what it says, and for many
on this list is pretty clear why he is no longer ICANN's CEO. I won't say
he was fired, and he didn't play any role in the selection of the new CEO.

About Brazil's reaction to the pervasive surveillance revelations, it was
not just an upset reaction but a perfect opportunity to come out with
something they had already in the back burners.
