The 1net steering committee can simply say "No" if they don't think this
is something for 1net to do. I do not know if there is any reason to do
so, especially since the idea of 1net having a role in the meeting has
been mentioned since the Brazil Meeting was announced, and there would
appear to be quite of bit of work that needs to be done in the next few
months.
