[discuss] Comments by USG/NTIA on Montevideo Declaration

Dear all,
I was going through the US Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration's website trying to find official reactions from the US government to the Montevideo Declaration.  I couldn't find any.  Would anyone have any links to reactions by the US government to that statement?
