- what is the reason for citing RFC1918 ?
- what you intend to show with your "GAC penetration rate" and where those percentages come from ?
- what do you mean about "invest in ICANN" ? 

There are many missing events in your timeline and DNS implementation and control of the root zone started before 1991.
