Dear Michel,

no, the right has never any cost. Only the material implementation of
the conditions to realize the rights have a cost.

But we have to see clear, that all, what we need, and this in material
form, needs our activity. I don't like to use the term "cost", because
it have nothing to do with money.

For me, societies are very similar to other biological lifesystems. And
all this systems have her transport systems. And for the animals, like
humans, we have 2 transport system. Material and immaterial. For energy
and materials the material system. For information the immaterial system.

This is my background. Our society need the transport system for her
life. It is a instrument for interaction together. This is also the
base, why i create the relation to the roads.

What is NTIA? jean-françois (JFC) spoke about. But never i accept any
statement from any institution. We need our own criteria for what is
right and what is wrong.

I am shure that the most people hate the social selection in using the
communication system based on money. On the way to organize it locally
it is very easy to make it free of any money-cost. Organized as a
necessary service from the community and for the community.

The condition for that is only our position and relation to the community.

many greetings, willi
