Dear Michael,

it is a stupid reaction from some people in france. But this is never a 
reaction of "France" how you wrote.

There are many domains, the people in USA can use it. .stupid, .killer, 
.bw (blackwater), .liar (like Irak attack), .mmw(money makes the world), 
.md (mac donalds) and so on.

The text-URL is in principle a local function. And if we accept this it 
is easy to organize.

The proplem here is the DNS-registry-function of ICANN. And because they 
have only his private interests, like the most in USA, without any 
responsibility for the community and society, they use the DNS-registry 
function for her private interests.

We have to break the conditions to be able to do that. Not to shout in 
the forest.
