Actually havn't even observed any indication that suggests this was an SC
commitment in the first place.

I also don't know of any, perhaps this was triggered based on recent
proposals that came in (although this is a wide assumption) .

Do you really want input from the community? for instance i am just seeing
this survey this morning(i sure it did not come in yesterday) and you are
saying it will close today! Although i have responded however i wonder how
many people will check their mails today... C'mon lets be a little flexible
with things.
