[discuss] InternetNZ contrib to NetMundial

Dear all,

InternetNZ has prepared a content contribution for NetMundial. Our
contribution is on the evolution of the IG framework, and supports a very
good paper by the Internet Governance Project that sets out a possible
roadmap for bringing about an end to the United States government's role in
ICANN's operation of the IANA function.
