[discuss] NETmundial Contribution from the USG - Agenda Set?

Hello,
Just read through the contribution from USG. I think its quite short and
precise. Looks like its already provided a guide on the NETmundial agenda
indicating the go area and the NO go-area ;)
A section of the article below i think reads lots of meaning ;)
We believe it is wise to avoid excessive deliberation on issues known to
> divide participants beyond a distance that can reasonably be bridged in two
