When I "mouse over" in firefox the various non-ascii scripts in
http://www.iana.org/domains/root/db
..I see what they are linking to, (the first one) 测试 shows xn--0zwm56d

You could also use "idn" - a *nix command line tool...

$ idn 测试 
xn--0zwm56d
