Federal Register Volume 63, Number 111 (Wednesday, June 10, 1998), 
published a NTIA statement of policy  after "the President directed 
the Secretary of Commerce to privatize the domain name system (DNS) 
in a manner that increases competition and facilitates international 
participation in its management."

I would like to know if another or other statement(s) was(were) 
published further on which modified this statement?
