Great news, Carlos, and kudos from ISOC-Bulgaria to the Brazilians, who 
have made this possible!
It is a very good example, and it comes from a country, where the 
Internet governance model has been developed in a multi-stakeholder way. 
If someone needed an example that the model works, perhaps they could 
stop looking any further ;-)

Thanks also for setting up the benchmark so high, and giving us goals to 
achieve in our own countries.
