[discuss] InternetNZ contribution: DNS responsibilities transition from NTIA to Global Multistakeholder Community

Dear 1net participants,

We have today published some suggestions from InternetNZ regarding the
process by which the global multistakeholder community can prepare a plan
for the transition of NTIA's global DNS responsibilities.

This was in response to ICANN's call for input on the subject.

We offer these suggestions in the hope they form a constructive
contribution to building a process that can deliver a successful transition
plan.
