Subject: [discuss] Updated : Statement to present at World Internet Conference @ Wuzhen

Dear all,

Here is the updated Statement that we intends to release at the WIC @ Wuzhen.

In view of the latest statement of Netmundial Initiatives by "I"STAR as well as some other comments, we have modify the original statement that reference NETmundial statement to the following:

"We, the undersigned, sincerely invite the leaders of the Chinese Internet Community to recognize the following generally acceptable Internet principles as a base upon which to build for the Internet in China:"

I understand there is a differences between NETmundial statement in April 2014 and the current NETmundial Initiatives but that might easily confused by someone who is not familiar with the events.

There are some minor grammar and typo edits.

For those who has signed, please also let me know if your name is represented correctly.

Thank you for your support!
