Agreed. The IGF should, if it continues to exist, do so as a part of
the wider Internet community, and should be able to abolish itself
if it runs out of steam. Operating under the good will of the UNO
is a good thing, but permanence carries many risks, especially that
of people turning it into a political career rather than a service to
the community.
