The forum will certainly provide some structure to the discussion and widen the scope of participation beyond just this mailing list. We hope it will enhance the public, open, free and transparent aspect of this dialogue. We are launching it with some already created topics using headings distilled from the topics already under discussion on the mailing list. Currently the two will run in parallel and the mailing list will be receiving a weekly  digest of the online Forum. The motivation is purely to offer up a simpler, better organized and more open conversation on Internet governance ecosystem evolution.<br>
