The meeting will be webcast in seven languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.<br>

A hub can be located in any city around the world to allow anyone interested to join local discussions and to participate in NETmundial. Organizations wishing to host a hub should have necessary infrastructure (broadband access, projects), the hub meeting should be open to anyone. The organizer should be able to facilitate interactions both locally and with NETmundial. NETMundial logistics committee will provide help.<br>
