The above question sounds interesting. :-) I considered the steps after the approval within the five RIRs as a clerical matter.</blockquote><div><br></div><div>When i said "not subject to board approval" earlier i actually meant an unconditional board approval (as the word "subject" would mean the board has a choice) as that was my thinking too. It however seem to me that the role is beyond clerical<br>

Should the RIRs be worried? Maybe yes.<br>
