visions under consideration:<br>

- multilateral >> among sovereign states (ITU)<br>
- multistakeholders >> influencable by wealth based powers (NETmundial)<br>
- multitude >> dynamic tensegrity among free individuals (LSP4NET).<br>
<br>
The three of them accomodate the IGF as a source of mutual information.<br>
