    Can we find a better term than orphan?&nbsp; While there are some issues
    which are not being worked on, a good part of this problem is when
    the person/entity asking the question is unaware of the work being
    undertaken.&nbsp; That is not a orphan issue as much as a disparity of
    knowledge on work being undertaken on issues and I'm afraid were
    using orphan as an umbrella term.&nbsp; The CSTD work is exceedingly
    helpful in bridging the latter problem and identifying where the gap
    actually exists...<br>
