Even OS's. This IS the issue.

The TCP/IP internet was designed for meshed HOSTS, not for an 
intricated physical/virtual/trade networks indefinite fractality. It 
was to be a limited proof of some concepts. They are proven: we now 
have to extend to the full concepts. A technical governance would 
help to better proceed - if some techies oppose, they will just be by 
passed. Govs, Users and markets demands will necessarily prevail.
