[discuss] Time to be more precise about Internet Governance

With all due respect Olivier,

I've  been there, I participated and learn from first hand how some things get done and also the amount of manipulation and indoctrination that goes on from more experienced and long time members of the ecosystem.

I'm appalled about the amount of kool-aid drinking that goes on in some groups. 

Now, you are free to drink whatever you want.
